GRADUATE RECOGNITION CEREMONY

Graduation is a significant accomplishment and the Calvary church community values the perseverance and dedication it takes to achieve this milestone. 

All Calvary members and their children and/or grandchildren are eligible to participate in the 2026 ceremony.  Graduates must have received a Kindergarten, 6th, 8th or 12th grade certificate/diploma, GED, college or advanced degree, trade school certificate or license between the previous year's recognition ceremony and the current year's ceremony.  Simply complete the graduation recognition form below, attach/upload a high resolution,  (graduation preferred) photo and click the submit button.
